Linton Incorporated (formerly Linton Commercial Co., Inc.) was established in October, 1954 as a single proprietorship, to deal mainly in flat steel products. From its inception, it has continuously grown and has played a major role in the steel industry, adding other steel products to its product lines. In July 1973, it was incorporated. Since then it has always been in the Top 1000 Corporations of the country. It has grown from its humble 100 sqm. office in downtown to its own 12 storey building. From a single leased warehouse, it has expanded to its own 40,000 sqm. warehouse/plant facilities.

Linton Incorporated does not only import and distribute steel products. It has invested in various machineries to be able to serve our clients better and faster. It is capable of shearing and slitting steel sheets and coils, bending and forming various steel profiles.

Through the years, Linton has grown and further diversified into financing, entertainment, and is also an active player in the property development scene.

L.T. Steel Center, Inc.

L.T. Steel Center, Inc. started in December 1993 to serve the construction and the real estate industry's need for an all imported quality yet affordable materials. It is a 100% Filipino corporation, relying solely in its own capabilities, nurturing the inherent expertise of the Filipino in technology and craftsmanship.

L.T. Steel is engaged primarily in the manufacture of pre-painted, long-span steel roofing. The entry of L.T. Steel in the industry was phenomenal, many firms in the construction industry have placed orders even before the company officially started.

With this auspicious beginning, L.T. Steel’s objective of being in the forefront of the industry and garnering a sizeable share of the market is already being realized.
