Update
Groundbreaking November 29, 2007, 10:30AM
This
day marked another historic event for Nobleland Ventures, Inc., the
groundbreaking of The Exchange Regency. This furthers our dedication and
commitment to bringing you this premiere development. The event was
attended by Mr. Alfred Lim - President of Nobleland Ventures, Mr. Jonas
Senia - General Manager of Nobleland Ventures, Engr. Wilson Sy of Aromin & Sy + Associates, Arch. Alex Balean of ASYA Design Partner, and Engr.
Juanito Cruz of IPM Construction and Development Corp.
Fencing and Excavation
December 28, 2007 - October, 2008
Before the end of 2007,
fencing works were already undertaken at The Exchange Regency project
site. At present, this has been completed and excavation works had
already begun. Of the target depth of 8.8 meters, the excavation is now
4.5 meters deep. Expected completion of excavation works is on the 4th
week of February. After that, construction of the superstructure will
commence.
Additional
Excavation
October, 2008 - December, 2008
To comply with the additional requirements of the local
government of Pasig, the project will have 4 basement
parking levels instead of the original 3. The 4 parking
levels have provisions for car lifts. To compensate for
the additional basement level, an additional depth of
6.9 meters is being undertaken at the project site and
to be finished by October 2008. By October, the
construction of the superstructure will commence.
Construction
of the 42-storey tower November, 2008 - July, 2009
Construction is going as planned. The building is now on
the 17th Floor.
August, 2009
The 20th
floor is now fully concretized
 
September, 2009
Construction is progressing smoothly. The 24th floor is
now finished
 
October, 2009
Formworks
preparation for the 26th floor is on going and
concreting is scheduled on the third week of October,
2009
