Construction Update

This day marked another historic event for Nobleland Ventures, Inc., the groundbreaking of The Exchange Regency. This furthers our dedication and commitment to bringing you this premiere development. The event was attended by Mr. Alfred Lim - President of Nobleland Ventures, Mr. Jonas Senia - General Manager of Nobleland Ventures, Engr. Wilson Sy of Aromin & Sy + Associates, Arch. Alex Balean of ASYA Design Partner, and Engr. Juanito Cruz of IPM Construction and Development Corp.

Fencing and Excavation                                                                                                               December 28, 2007 - present

Before the end of 2007, fencing works were already undertaken at The Exchange Regency project site. At present, this has been completed and excavation works had already begun. Of the target depth of 8.8 meters, the excavation is now 4.5 meters deep. Expected completion of excavation works is on the 4th week of February. After that, construction of the superstructure will commence.
